The Ministry of Education, Sri Lankan has trained a specialized ISURU Linux Technical Support team. The ISURU Linux Technical Support team is willing to solve the day to day practical problems arise when using the ISURU Linux operating system. ISURU Linux Technical Support team will conduct National and Provincial level teacher training programs.

The Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka has set up a Community Forum and a Social Media Networking Group to help teachers to solve the errors with the participation of Sri Lankan Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) community

In addition to the ISURU Linux Technical Support team, to improve the knowledge of the Sri Lankan school’s teachers about the Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), “ISURU Linux Training Manual” book was prepared by The Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka. The Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka has printed and distributed “ISURU Linux Training Manual” to all the schools in Sri Lanka.
